  I was in there a few days ago, I walked in and made eye contact with the girl sitting at the register who looked up at me and then back down. She said nothing the entire time I was there, only a few minutes, but from enter to exit, not a greeting or an offer for help. No other costumers were in the store. Usually people there are extremely helpful and friendly. Aside from that great selection of glass.

  I usually love this store, but the girl working right now(June 19,2023. 12:10 pm) is the rudest person I have ever delt with! She most definitely cost the store some business and me as a customer!

  I have been in to the shop a few times and always a great experience! Some of the best prices around! And I’d also like to shout out Ry she has amazing customer service and very helpful!😃

  They dont stand behind their products. Bought a 15 dollar breeze pro that lasted an hour maybe. They wouldnt exchange the product because " the owner will lose money". Staff is rude and always on their phones even when checking you out. I will not be back and I suggest you stay away as well. Go to wild Bill''s. A few dollars more but they stand behind their products.

  Love the prices on Breeze vapes here and the staff has always been very polite and informative. Saginaw Vape is my number one choice.
