Shop was easy to find even though it was in an industrial area. Huge selection! Incredibly friendly staff. We''re from out of town and needed some last minute juice. The guy who helped us was insanely friendly! I wish he was at our usual shop back home. He was patient, offered great options since our usual brand wasn''t available and helped us find a new juice for the drive home. Bonus was the fish tank. The only down side which isn''t the shops fauly is the sticker shock based on what we usually pay in AZ but he hooked up it! We''ll absolutely come back next time we''re in Utah. Thanks for the killer service!
2 locations, one in Provo and one in Orem. I''ve been to both but visit the Orem store more often. Staff is great, prices are great. My only problem i have with the Orem store is I was told no vaping inside the shop by one specific employee but have seen that employee use their vape inside the shop on multiple occasions. Otherwise great place! Don''t forget a punch card when you go in!
Weird little location and space, and of course like everything in Utah related to nicotine, way overpriced. That said, cool people and great product.
I''ve had some really great experiences here in the past but today was kind of wild. The employee that was on the opening shift (tall guy with hair braids) was extremely rude to me. I couldn''t remember what juice I normally buy since I recently switched from a discontinued brand and he got very flustered with me when I was asking for more information. He even swore at me. When I tried to apologize for my lack of knowledge, he simply did not reply. I told him "thank you" several times for helping me and he did not acknowledge those either. I know we all have rough days, but this was a lot. He made me feel incredibly unwelcome. I wasn''t intentionally trying to ruin his day, but it sure felt like he was trying to ruin mine.

Most of the selection of disposables were off brands I’d never heard of and the name brands they did have had a poor selection of flavors compared to the other local shops. The employee was knowledgeable and pleasant to converse with and I was in and out quickly.
