Purchased this product from Retro Active 2 weeks ago and the product did not work despite doing all the recommendations listed on the bottle. Called the number on the bottle to inform company the product doesn’t work, to find out the product has been expired for 2 years now and they don’t even distribute to this shop. Manufacturing date listed on bottom of bottle is 06/18 and they only have a 3 year shelf life from manufacturing date according to company making this product. Be aware of this shop selling expired products and supplies that aren’t directly distributed to them!!!
Clean, smells good, decent selection, short haired worker went out of her way to help me. She sold on me a product I didn’t think I needed, but I truly did. Will be coming back.
Knowledgeable & helpful staff. They weren''t allowed to turn up the a/c & it was a hot day. Made for an uncomfortable shop, just wanted to get what I came for & leave! Temps have dropped, so maybe it''s ok now.
Used to be my go to store because close and reasonably priced. Until today. I went in to replace a grav labs spoon. Sticker marked 19.99. Cool I''ll take 2. Register rang up for $99. I said wow. They said the prices of Grav Labs went up. Ok but double of the sticker price? Seems fishy. Decided to just buy one. Sure enough got home and researched the price of an sp88 and I was charged double of anywhere else selling the same pipe. Ridiculous. I''ll be getting my supplies elsewhere from now on. Just lost a customer. UPDATE: The owner did reach out to me and refund the difference and said they''re investigating why this happened. I do appreciate that. Adjusted my review from 1/5 to 3/5 for this.

STORE IS GREAT. Good products, music is upbeat and fun. But the reason for 2 stars. The employee, Shane. I’ve never felt so uncomfortable shopping before when I came in on his shift. He barely greeted me. Didn’t even know he was in the story. And then he did not speak to me the entire time I was looking around. Even when I needed help, it seemed like I was being an inconvenience to him. Will not be coming back during the evening again.
