Wonderful place. They have more than enough order ready cuts of meat and jerky to choose from. From booze, meat, rub, and everything in-between you''ll find it here. Plus a nice amount of bones to choose from for your broth or dogs. Highly recommended.
What a great find. The best local butcher I''ve found yet. Excellent assortment of different fresh meats. Tons of smoked or processed meats too. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Prices were fair. The whole place was clean throughout. I will be going here anytime I need high quality meats.
If you enjoy really good quality meat and don''t mind it''s high quality price, I completely recommend buying from this place. They sell a wide variety of animals like beef, lamb, bison, pork, turkey and crab but they also have sausage, brukhurst, pepperoni, jerky and meat steaks. They also offer custom meat service. When your livestock or game animals are ready to be enjoyed, the smokehouse will take care of it for you and prepare it how you want.
I love this place! I live in Portland and visit the Redmond/ Bend area three to four times a year. This is one of the places I never miss when in town. I love the pepperoni sticks, beef jerky and when they have it the smoked tuna is the best!

I drive to Bend about 4 times a year. The past 3 times I’ve been to the smokehouse they’re out of peppered jerky, l love it, but when I mention it with the woman behind the desk, she’s rude, every time! Whoever owns this place needs to give her a course in how to treat her customers. I walk out thinking to myself… what the heck? that just happened… again? I don’t think I’ll be back.
