I found this place a few months ago and I feel compelled to write a review after yet another wonderful experience! Everyone here treats me like a king! Always friendly and helpful. With great prices and great customer service, Red Dragon OBT is the only vape spot I go to. *Special shout-out to Lucy! Thank you so much! :)
Staff is usually good, im here every week to buy incense. This time Noah the cashier tried to charge me $13 more than the original price. When asked to get a receipt from 120 incenses, was given a receipt from a drink previously sold . Owners should be aware …
The best smoke shop I been to in Florida so far. Came in to get some tips and immediately felt like family. Valeria the lady at the counter treated me as if we were long time friends and was extremely knowledgeable on every item in store. Really wish there were more customer service representatives like her. Definitely the best Smokeshop I been to so far. Keep it up guys
May I just say, I don’t go to smoke shops often, my boyfriend goes for me because I often times have social anxiety. This time I decided to Go by myself and I feel so happy to have encountered Lucy. She made me feel so welcomed, answered all my questions with enthusiasm, was super knowledgeable on the merchandise and hooked me up with exactly what I was looking for.
