    Really not the type to leave a bad review, but this place is a joke. I come in here all the time, usually have a positive experience. Last night I bought 2 disposables. Both were defective. They swapped them out, and one of the replacements was also defective. Female employee tells me they''re closed and can''t do anything else tonight, come back tomorrow. I go back the next day and the same lady is there. She says she just told me that to get me to leave and can''t help me. Then the manager comes over and swaps it out for me. The replacement was also defective. I tell her this and she says "They''re all like that, it''ll fix itself". The vape keeps burning after it''s hit. It will eventually die way before it should. So I made two trips to leave with a defective vape and have a person I''ve only had positive interactions with tell me she was just trying to waste my time. These people are mentally ill. Go somewhere else.

    Don’t shop here. They never asked me if I wanted a receipt, so I left and went home. Figured no big deal. I got home and tried hitting my vape and it didn’t work. I called and was told they would have no problem swapping it out even without a receipt. Ok cool. They asked for my card details since I never received a receipt. I told them the type of card I used and the last 4 digits. They then claimed my card or purchase didn’t show up in their system. I told them I can come in and show them the charge on my Apple Card, as it clearly shows the amount, the name and location of their business. Apparently, this still wasn’t good enough. I was told they couldn’t swap it out without a receipt. Do yourself a favor, and don’t support this business. Terrible service and support.

    The guy in the store (assuming the owner) knowingly sells vapes that don’t properly work!! I brought multiple vapes from this store that didn’t work and tried it in the store he does not care just suggest spend more money on another one. Won’t be returning!

    Look people all16 cameras in my store work so stop 🛑 stealing my stuff is it worth going to jail over and be posted on my Wall at work and I have sign in my store that says no returns or exchanges

    Sold me a completely broken disposable vape, it was leaking all over and blinking on its own as soon as I opened the box. I didn’t even leave the parking lot, I came right back in with the box and the vape and showed her exactly how it was broken and they refused to exchange it for a new one and told me I would have to spend another 21$ and buy another one, literally had to sit there and fight with the employee for an hour until her manager finally (coincidentally) called her (because she refused to call her manager for me or give me any kind of phone number) and her manager very SIMPLY replaced the broken disposable for me. They definitely tried to scam me.
