This location is never very busy, so you can take your time and not feel rushed or inconvenienced by other customers. The company seems to purchase a lot of glasswork from local artists, so you end up seeing some really creative pieces that you might not come across at a more corporate based head shop. The employees at this location are attentive and fast to share their knowledge and experience. Moe showed me around the store during my first visit and really helped me understand how everything worked which gave me a much better idea of what I was looking for. She was organizing pipes when I came in which made me realized how tidy the entire store was. Everytime I go to another head shop, I feel bombarded by an unorganized cluster of glass. This place is much easier to shop. My only complaint is that you have to park in the alleyway behind the store when the streetside parking is full, but that''s Broadway in general.
Came in looking for a pipe, was greeted and asked what I was looking for as I walked towards the back where I knew the pipes were located. As I’ve been here before, knew where I was going. Just not sure what pipe I wanted exactly. Employee got upset that I didn’t ask for or needed his help. He told me he didn’t need my attitude as I proceeded to look for what I wanted. He kept mumbling under his breath as he went around to the other side of the store. I then asked if he wanted my business, he replied, I don’t need it. So I walked out. He said he didn’t care and so I said neither did I. Then he asked to never come back lol. Yes, I definitely won’t and that’s why I didn’t spend my money there. I had just been referred by A Cut Above, will be telling them about my experience. Last time I went in, different employee, was so nice and helpful. Today’s worker was salty. I hope it wasn’t the owner
HORRIBLE CHEAP GLASS!!!!! I bought 2 bongs from them this month, both looked very sturdy and priced above $120. Both broke within a week of light use. The downstream on the first one had a fracture after a few days of use and the second completely split after 1 week!!!!! I was told these bongs were “high quality Canadian glass” not cheap Chinese glass. You’re better off spending your money at DaBomb!!!!
They have everything for anything you smoke and some cool art too
I love this place and the staff is amazing!very friendly place! I’ve been there regularly and I’m always pleased when I leave
