  Been going to this shop for years it’s down the street from my house. Best customer service and any questions you may have ASK! They have an answer and will help pick the right product for you! Best prices I swear by it any other smoke shop will overcharge for products plus tax you they won’t.

  Used to go here consistently for coils , e-juices, disposables and what ever else I needed related to vaping/smoking. Unfortunately, 1 day they sold me a disposable which worked but was very old stale and tasted like burnt marshmallow(supposed to be grape aloe) After being assured it was a good product. Nevertheless, I go back In the next day and a dude who works there was on an ego trip saying all sales are final yet they never said that and in the past it was made right. They knew these disposables were expired/spoiled and still sold it to me. I’ll pay the extra $2.00 somewhere else with shady business practices like this it’s not worth my money. Go somewhere who values your money and experience.. this is not the one.

  So I purchased the dabbed box e nail. I had it about a month trying to figure out which temperature hits best.. long story short it didn’t work out very well. I paid $250 for it, on top of that I lost the receipt. I called him up and asked him what he could do to help me and he was more than happy to print out another receipt for me so I could use the warranty to have a new one shipped to me.. Instead I told him that it didn’t work well like expected, I wanted to show him how it’d work. Basically he set the whole thing up, took a rig down, and set up the e-nail. We waited for it to reach 730 degrees and I dropped the wax in, it sizzled and didn’t burn as expected AGAIN. Only a little of the product was actually smoked the the rest slowly burned away. He then saw what I meant and proceeded to ask me what he could to make me happy. This guy went ABOVE AND BEYOND customer service just to help me out! I didn’t catch his name but he is the sweetest man, he was very understanding as well that I broke my glasses and can’t see well so I was pretty close .. which he didn’t mind. He just wanted me to go home with something I wanted. I was about 10$ short from my total and he said “pay me back next time you come”! That’s another level of trust!hands down the best smoke shop I’ve ever been to
