  Went in today looking for a rechargable e-cig and left with one for $20 including tax. Reasonably priced, and the person working was super helpful. He showed me some of their glass pieces as well. I was surprised by their decent selection of bongs, pipes, rigs, etc. Definitely will be coming here again.

  Man I got the Raz by recommendations. I came looking for the funky republic but they were sold out. But these Raz are dope and so smooth and great tasting. The frozen strawberries really do have an amazing taste and I can''t thank my guy that helped me out and recommend a good quality choice for my trucking needs. Y''all rock 💪💪💪 To anyone new or not familiar with this place I can tell you, they sell quality and won''t lead you wrong. They are honest about each brand and it''s limits and that''s hard to find anymore!!! 🙏🙏🙏🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸

  Had a wonderful experience! Much better than my experience a couple months ago. What really stood out was the employee Ethan, he showed me around, told me about popular products, looked happy to help and was generally a pleasant guy to be around. Definite upgrade in customer service and product availability

  Just moved to the area. So thankful for Puff City. The young guy who helped knew exactly how to find me what I needed. He had pretty in depth knowledge of the merchandise and even showed me new products that came in since my last visit. Excellent shop & very personable customer service. Love my new vape! PERFECT!

  The shop itself is quite good and fair priced. Have interacted with the owner a few times and he was polite and welcoming, the lesser said the better about the staff though. Have had couple of unpleasant experiences in the past but today the guy was downright derogatory. They lost a twice a week customer.
