  Very bad customer service a guy with long hair is making you lose the business. I asked him for help and he showed me attitude instead helping me out. And Al the review about him is true. Very unprofessional. I will not recommend this place to anyone and will keep sharing this reviews so people know how unprofessional people there are. -0star for this service. You can''t make money by insulting or showing attitude to customers

  By far the best smoke/vape store in the area. They are well stocked and have a variety of products for whatever you toking on. The salesman is courteous, patient and knowledgeable. It’s always a pleasant experience.

  I recommend this puffcity. I drove 12 miles and get all my stuff there. I make my own cigar and buy vape and juice in decent price. Staff is friendly and leave the place with good tip.

  I walked in just to look. They have a wide assortment of tobacco, tubes, vapes and vape juice, along with cigars. I make my own cigarettes and purchased tobacco and tubes. Also, purchased a disposable vape for when I need just a quick puff. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. I highly recommend.
