Super nice folks and a good selection. Until you want to bring back a product they said would work, then no way, no refunds. Also did not give me the price of an item that was clearly marked, they said it was old and not supposed to be there. Customer service in that regard is not very good.
The "employees here are VERY helpful and nice BUT......the manager.....ignorant! An employee accidentally put the wrong e-juice in my bag while I was checking out...I didn''t discover it until a few hours later...went back to the store....NO ONE could exchange it....told me only a manager could....came back to speak to manager today...SHE REFUSED TO EXCHANGE THE E-JUICE...ALL SALES ARE FINAL....YA JUST LOST A CUSTOMER OF OVER 14 YEARS!!!! I was NOT asking for a refund but rather exchange........I''M ALLERGIC TO MENTHOL AND THAT WAS WHAT WAS PUT IN MY BAG WHILE I WAS PAYING!! I WILL BE TELLING EVERYONE I KNOW ABOUT THIS!!! Actually you lost 4 customers since my sons shopped there as well! OH and BTW....I did NOT open the bottle!
They lost a customer today, decent staff and people but they don’t care about who’s waiting next. Possibly a number system
Been going there for about 2 years consistent customer be careful buying products if it doesn''t work you have to contact the company they bought it from they will not reimburse you or substitute the broken product
I come here for lottery tickets--luv the fact that u can get scratch-off tickets both at the counter and out of a machine--awesome staff---everyone is super-friendly! If you have never been here, please visit. You won''t be sorry. I have gotten MANY lottery winners both at the counter & out of their machine. I can''t comment on the SMOKE aspect of the business as I do not smoke. However, I have been here enough times to see many of their REGULAR smoke product customers & none of them ever seem disappointed. This should tell you something. Check it out for urself. You have nothing to lose but everything to gain.
