I purchased there highest priced dab pen..Got to cape may to find out it doesn''t work.Go straight back to store with receipt same guy is there and all..Can''t help me no refunds all I can do is send it in to company..Mean time I time had to buy a different device out there for 60$. Just to take my dabs. I''m home all day everyday sick and I finally get to go somewhere and get out house and I end up spending 170$ for a pen that didn''t work out the box..Then to be told I got to ship it to company that made it and all..So no accountability just took my 170$ then told me I''m beat..Sounds insane but is exactly what happened..Sorry it''s a week late..I did try to get answers from management first..Thought the would help..Stay far away guys..You can buy these thinks many places now..Don''t get beat thinking this is a mom and pop shop..Just a franchise out to rip you off..pics of cover of pen box and receipt included..
