When someone walks in to buy cigarettes, and walks out feeling ripped off...something is wrong. They charge $3 more than anyone else around for the same pack. When I pointed that out, I was told "Welcome to Poway". As if that wasn''t bad enough, they had the gall to ask for a tip when I paid with credit card, default 15%. Really a tip? To sell me a pack of cigarettes? It''s your job man. That''s what you get paid to do. I will never be back there. In fact I''m going out to my way to review this place because I think they''re ripping people off. And that''s not good. If they charged market prices on their goods...i wouldn''t write a bad review, and I certainly would go back. In fact I was going to buy multiple packs. So as the owner of this business, ask yourself if the extra $3 you charge your customers on cigarettes vs. others is worth it. Business 101....
Stopped by for some incense. Grabbed a few boxes of Nag Champa and went up to the counter- employee said they were $14.99 per box. When I mentioned it must be a mistake because they are normally like $2 each, he said "nah the register says 15g pack for $14.99- it is a big pack, theres a lot in there". I stupidly believed him and paid the $14.99+tax for the box, got to my car IT WAS THE NORMAL 10 PACK OF Nag Champa . I went back inside, and showed the employee who didnt care. His response was "Well thats what it rang up for in the system, and you opened it so I cant refund you". $14.99 to learn to never return.
My buddy got a normal priced deal on his cigarettes here when we stopped by. Fast service, too
I leave two stars because the service and selection is good. Paying 13 dollars more for a disposable vape is a criminal over charge though. I had been here once before and forgot how they over price everything so that was my fault. I won’t be back despite how conveniently close it is. For clarification, this was for an Elf Bar BC 5000 that I had paid around $23 for at two other shops. Here, it was $36 and I didn’t have the time to turn around and walk out the door and drive all the way back to other shop.
high price and their vape dont last, i bought a lost mary with 5k hits, usually all lost mary 5k last me 2 weeks, theirs lasted me 1-2days, the juices within it are cut down by a lot.
