  Helpful. Was able to find a coil here I had a hard time finding elsewhere. They shamelessly offer a gift for giving them a 5 star review . . . got the gift, now for the downgrade. Their prices weren''t great & the employee behind the counter (EBC) was not empowered to give any leeway on pricing or discounts (-2 stars WAKE UP, management! Either give great prices, a generous loyalty program or empower your front line sales to make sure your customers feel they got a great bargain) . . . . . . but the EBC was friendly, eager to help & knew his stuff. They looked up the exact coil I needed & explained my options on replacing just the coil or the entire cartridge (+1 star for at least hiring smart, friendly & motivated staff) . . . . . . and now, what do they need to get their 5th star back? Variety. This store had most everything you''d want from a small smoke shop. Ciggies, bongs/glass, torches, lighter leashes (almost out, better stock up!), Cigars, energy drinks, vape hardware & juice . . . there ya go. Despite shamelessly bribing your customers for 5-star reviews, you actually earned my 5-stars. I''m pretty generous with the stars though. Basically 5-stars to me means I''d come back & probably will . . . but pay attention!!! You need to empower your front line staff: give them some parameters to make deals, give discounts, etc. There were a couple things I would have bought, but decided not to because I could get them cheaper elsewhere.

  Last time I''m stepping foot in this shop. 3 separate occasions he has turned business away due to he accepts card payments on some items and cash on others.

  So I noticed the new smoke shop in town and I went to check it out. The owner was super nice and friendly. I ended up buying my boy friend a new lighter for an extra birthday gift. The lighter was a special one. I had never seen one quite like it before. I showed it to my bf''s best friend and he told me that he wouldn''t like it because the gas chamber was too small and it wasn''t manly enough. So the very next day, I went back to the store and asked if I could exchange it. The owner remembered me and he said that it was not their policy to return something that had been used already, but after explaining that i had only used it a few times to demonstrate it; he said he would work with me. So I ended up exchanging it for a better one that my boyfriend really liked and I was so happy they were able to work with me. I actually bought two lighters that day. The one I had exchanged and another one as well. Both of them were very cool and they work great. I think it''s a much needed new addition to point loma and I wish the owner lots of luck and I am happy to promote his business. Thanks again Sonny, for your help. I hope business is going well.

  Had to leave these guys a review. I''m new to the whole vape stuff and the younger gentleman, i forgot his name, was very helpful and even helped me set up my new vape. Quitting cigarettes so I really appreciated the help. Don''t even leave reviews but I was compelled by their kindness. Sonny and the other guy are always super helpful and welcoming every time I''ve gone with a million questions. Glad they''ve opened up in this area.
