I had a fantastic experience at the smoke shop thanks to Kevin''s exceptional service. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the products and took the time to help me find exactly what I was looking for. His friendly demeanor and willingness to answer all my questions made the shopping process enjoyable. I appreciated his patience and expertise, which made me feel confident in my purchases. Kevin''s outstanding customer service truly made my visit memorable, and I''ll definitely be returning to the shop because of him.
Best smoke shop in South FL with the best service!! Kevin’s knowledgeable of the store’s products and gives great recommendations. I always walk out of here in a good mood with everything that I need. I also love that they have a rewards point system here! You won’t find anywhere with better deals or a bigger variety, fr they got EVERYTHING. The Plug honestly killed all other smoke shops for me🔥💯

Found the place while looking to get some products I want, the guy at the registers name is Kevin. The guy is friendly and extremely helpful, actually cracked some funny jokes as well lol. He explained almost all the products that they have with delta and helped me decide what good quality product I should use to avoid anything “cheap” out there. Definitely a place worth checking out and DEFINITELY a 5/5 shop. 👍🏻

Kevin is extremely knowledgeable and kind. He is very patient and takes his time to answer all questions. It is such a pleasure to speak to him and I value each experience. I am beyond satisfied with this shop and always leave with a smile on my face. I wish customer service was this wonderful all over Miami. They also have a great points system as well. I highly recommend this shop to anyone for both the inventory and the immaculate positive vibes that Kevin radiates.
