Good prices but always out of stock. I ask them over and over to leave a note with the person that does the orders they just refuse to and say we will get some eventually. Very bad customer service plus phone doesn’t work so I can’t call and check if in stock before driving over there.
The staff no matter who''s working at what time always have a smile on your face very quick so you''re in and out and on your way
I like that it''s a drive through and 24 hours...that''s very convenient. but I came down canyon to get better prices or some sort of deal which I got none of. Paid the same d@**, price for cigs as I would anywhere else. Low I''m stock on any ice flavors for vales and only deals on 2000 puff vales I have never heard of. Not cool. Dude was helpful tho with my irritable self lol
Wish I could do no stars!!! I would never recommend this place to anyone!! My husbands wallet was stolen and they used his debit card at their store. We had all the info to pinpoint the person- the exact time (middle of the night so not during any busy rush hour time), exact amount of sale, and debit card #. We asked them if they would look at their cameras and get us a screenshot of the license plate and face of the driver and in return we would gladly give them $100. I stopped by 2 times and left my info both times for the manager to call me back. I did not receive any call back or text message to say sorry we will not help or anything!! Makes me wonder if they have a part in the theft?? Why would you condone the theft and allow the thieves to come out ahead?? Why not help us out especially when we are willing to make it worth your time and I also told them I would not involve the cops nor would I ever say where or how I got the info should we find the thieves so there would be no retaliation. People like this need to learn that when you don’t want to help out your customers they will stop helping you!!!
So I went to this store and purchased a pack of cigarettes and a light! I didn’t think anything of it when the cashier didn’t ask for my ID or give me a receipt! Later I was checking my credit card statement and realized I had been charged $300 for this purchase!! I have tried to resolve this issue with the manager but no help yet!! Then I was discussing the incident with my daughter and she said they had overcharged her as well!!! I will never go there again and I highly recommend checking your statement and asking for a receipt!!!!! Bad business in a world where everything already costs so much!!! Thieves plan and simple
