I have never been so insulted and discouraged by the customer service on all days!! The young man was cold and rude. Indifferent and just out unpleasant for absolutely no reason. He wasn’t the opposite of helpful and basically shoved us out the door with no consideration. He didn’t want to accommodate me and my husband but rather rushed us to either make a purchase or leave. My husband went in looking to make a purchase with no knowledge of what the store had to offer and was asking for assistance. The guy was extremely unhelpful and short. I ended up tripping on the way out as he smirked and slammed the door on us. I can’t believe this is what happens in a tourist town! Absolutely appalling the type of treatment we got!!! Do not support this business!

4 times a year I am in pismo area. Each time I have went to this shop they have always met my needs in pods and coils. People working are wonderful and helpful. Love this shop

What a great shop!! Great collection! Great staff!! It’s a one stop for all your needs!! I’ve had a great experience and the staff were super friendly and all wearing masks and very respectful! Definitely won a customer for life!

Went to pismo for the night, stopped here for papers and was not disappointed. The young man at the counter was super polite and easy going. Will definitely be visiting again.
