Bought a battery vape pen for $25 recently from here and it stopped working shortly after. Brought it in and they told me no warranty on all battery pens and told me to call the manufacturer and didn''teven bother to asked me what the issue was and possibly troubleshoot it together. He then introduced me to other items and offered me a discount for $20 for the item and he said the regular price is $25. I had a bad feeling about this so I left empty handed and went to another store on Baseline and they had exact same item for $15 regular price. I nought two of them and they gave me a discount and a receipt and told me I can bring it back within 30 days from manufacturer warranty. Do not shop at this store. Their prices sucks and definitely ripping people off.
Great shop! Wonderful selection of vape and hookah stuff - they always have what I’m looking for. Good prices and specials on things. Everyone who works here has been super kind and great to talk with. 100% recommended!
Really hit or miss. Very friendly helpful staff. Great product choice. Very poor empathy. Bought 2 hookah bars he recommended. They were extremely burnt right from opening. Like fire down my throat. Took them back in 5 minutes later. He told me it’s just because I’m not use to this brand and that everyone else loves them. About 30 minutes later after letting it sit standing up hopefully soaking up some juice. This dark brown stuff started oozing out of the cotton holes. I think it’s pretty apparent it’s not just cuz I’m not use to the brands flavor. This is personally my only bad experience. Great place. Just wish for some more understanding and perhaps a better return or exchange policy. Especially for customers like me who come in at least once a week sometimes even 3 times for zippo accessories and smoking accessories.
This place is awesome !!!!!!!! They always have what I’m looking for, the pricing is beyond fair and the staff is excellent.. By far the best smoke shop I’ve visited in a while,. If you’re ever in Aloha make sure to stop by .👍🏻👍🏻❤️
