I’ve been going to pipe and pouch for about 3 years now since before they opened their new store. They’ve always had amazing and friendly employees with lots of knowledge on their products. Everything they sell there is 100% authentic so you don’t have to worry about getting fake papers, vapes, etc. They have the best prices in the city with deals every week and constantly bring in new products. On top of all this, they also got a pretty decent sized snack selection with all types of exotic snacks like what more could you ask for. Thank you to everyone that works at pipe and pouch keep doing your thing!
If your looking for a shop that’s gonna treat you like more than just a customer, if you like a variety of premium vape, cigars, papers, other smoking utensils or even international snacks and drinks. This is the place to shop. I suggest if your in downtown Orlando and are in need of a restock or just to get you through the night check them out!!
One of the friendliest vape stores I''ve been to. And they are open late, until 2am!!! How convenient.
I recently had a disappointing experience at this smoke shop. Firstly, the sales associate charged my card twice for a single purchase, causing unnecessary inconvenience and displaying sheer ineptitude in resolving a basic transactional issue. I was told that their system “doesn’t allow refunds.” So, I was then told to call my bank and dispute the charge myself while he sat on his phone. In hindsight, I believe a store credit or something of the like would have worked fine to resolve this issue but it''s amazing how they just chose to do absolutely nothing. Instead, to this day I am still disputing the charge with my bank, which has grown to be extremely frustrating. To make matters worse, the vape I bought tasted stale, indicating a lack of quality control. Imagine paying twice for a new vape that tastes like it’s at least two years old and slightly burnt. I expected decent service and product standards, but this negative experience fell short of my expectations.
