  HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! The owner is very knowledgeable and will answer any questions you may have! They have a Large variety of beautiful pieces in many sizes. Plenty of accessories to choose from as well!!

  My first time at Pipe Dreams in Bonita was a very pleasant experience thanks to the kind and knowledgeable saleswoman! Natalie was extremely helpful and she helped me tremendously. I highly recommend visiting when she’s working. Thank you, Natalie for your compassion and perfect recommendations. I love my new pipe.

  Nicky and the crew are always a pleasure to deal with. They are very knowledgeable on the products and they don''t just want to sell you the highest priced item for a quick buck. They want to make sure you get what will make you happy and that''s how you earn repeat business. You have to love mom and pop shops like this especially in this internet driven age we live in!

  So i live in Fort Myers i go to Bonita once a month for a Dr appointment. I had some problems w something i bought from a diff store. I had very little time n googled smoke shops in bonita. I choose this one. Best decision i ever made. The girl behind the counter was extremely helpful, caring, and beautiful and then the owner came in. They were the Nicest, most helpful, amazing, generous, best customer service ive ever experienced. They helped me fix my problems, they actually saved my day! I tipped them each 10$ before i left. I will definitely be returning once a month even if its just to buy something or say hi. The owner is the most down to earth, friendly person ive met in a long time (sorry im bad w names) i would recommend this place to anyone looking for a great smoke shop, better prices then most ive seen, and the best customer service around. I will definitely tell all my friends about it. Thank you 2 again for saving my day n making me feel at home! Love, Danielle This is the first review i have ever written.   This place closes at 8 PM today and I rushed to make it on time after my pen broke. I get there at 7:45 and the door is locked. I tried knocking and nothing. 2 minutes later, as I’m googling nearby alternatives, some lazy employee nonchalantly walks out to her car. Seriously I get that you wanna go home but leaving a shift 10 minutes before closing time is very irritating and goes to show you how unprofessional this place is. I get it, it’s a rundown headshop, not the Hilton, but making a slight effort in improving your business goes a long way. Also, the pen that broke which led to this whole incident was purchased at this same store 2 weeks ago. Terrible products and even worse service, it’s a recipe for disaster. I ended up going to another place off of 41 and Island Park Road. It’s a bit of a drive for me but it’s got reasonable hours, amazing customer service and better products than Pipe Dreams for more competitive prices. Just avoid this place, you’ve got better options in the area!
