Got the back glass repaired on an iPhone. We were told it would be ready in 4 hours. We had not received any updates and went back in an hour and a half before closing. We were told that they had “just been too busy to finish” but that it would be finished first thing the next morning. I called an hour after opening and was told by Olivia that there was no one there who could work on the phones and that she would find out an update and call me back. After no phone call, we went back into the store this afternoon. It was ready, despite us not being notified. Except now the flashlight and phone speaker do not work. Neither of those were issues prior to dropping off the phone. The employee, who was polite, told us that all we can do is talk to the manager tomorrow. Moral of the story…don’t waste your time here. They will keep your phone longer than promised, not notify you when finally finished, and return it to you in worse shape than when you dropped it off. Edit: The store manager (Alyssa) has called my wife. She has said she will be making this right. Once we see what that means, I will update my review again. Alyssa was very apologetic and very nice. Second Edit: Alyssa replaced my wife’s phone for her. It turned a disappointment into a better experience. I have updated my review to 5 stars due solely to Alyssa being as helpful as she was.
This was my first time coming to pharaoh and I asked where are their cheapest weed pens and Olivia said they didn’t really have any cheap ones but she told me I could write a review and get 20% off and that was very helpful because I was on a budget and she was very helpful with helping me pick a pen and it was just a overall great experience.
Alyssa was GREAT at fixing my iPhone 11pro max ! She was fast and very sweet and polite I will definitely be back again to shop and to get my kids phone fixed as well
