Went on Saturday purchased vape pen and charger and did not work I went back 1 hr later to purchase a second pen since I respect their sign no refund or exchanges. My second pen doesn''t work either waisted over $30 for non working products
Great customer service always stocked up on my favorite tobacco products. The guy there is very engaging and knows what entails to run a successful business.
My go to place for tobacco products. Amazing customer service from the guy there. Really cool and friendly environment. Definitely recommend. 10 out of 10 would visit again.
Each time I go here the guy seems out of it. Most recent time he gave me my change with ripped dollar bills. The customer service is terrible and they dont seem to care much. Went in for simple dutches and was asking what flavor they had of Dutch masters and didnt even respond to me but try to ring me up instantly. They''ll give you free store merch but it doesn''t mean much if their service is terrible. Last time I go here. Go to Good Times instead perfect service everytime.
