Very rude youngster working there my last visit. Cool store but seriously need to work on employees attitudes. My guess is it was a family member(son) of shop owner working that day., (That kinda rude attitude) just didn''t want to be bothered with my dumb questions was how It felt.
It is now 8:11 in the morning very crucial point in my life right now that I need to stop at the Payless cigarette store that claims that they are open at 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. from the looks of my photos you would be able to tell that, it seems to me that that is untrue. Apparently that''s how we do good business by keeping false advertisements up to get people to come to your store I mean by 8:15 you would think this place would be open if someone was running late or something you should really work on your punctuality and your eager to please customers. Usually I write you know flawless reviews praising businesses and you know promoting them and you know making sure people feel they need to go to their store, sadly that will not be the case today sorry Payless smoke shop today in my book you get a fail.
Don''t buy from here fake stuff. Wont return even with receipt.
Despite Google showing they open at 8 am and the "Open" neon sign is lit out front, they do not in fact open at 8 am.

Liars and thieves. The tax rate is 25-30% here. "No receipts." The owner of the store was present. No respect for customers. A product labeled 1.49. Price 2$ out the door. Go to Legends or Gen Rock if it still exists. The previous owners would be disgusted, and you should be disgusted with your practices and ability to train employees let alone your children if this is how you do business or life. Close this place down. Please. They probably sell your kid''s cigarettes and cigars. City needs to run some tests on their ability to operate within legal standards. This place and places that operate in this manner degrade the quality of life in Concord. Bought the same cigars at Valero for a normal, reasonable price and tax rate. 40 cents less. After seeing other reviews, they have a habit of being disrespectful, opening late, overcharging, and appears they use friends and services for positive reviews which violate Google TOS agreements.
