This guy is the rudest a@$hole I''ve ever dealt with before. I came here to buy a dab rig & was going to spend a lot of money,He showed me a butane torch & I could barely understand him,he knew nothing about any of his products whatsoever. I wanted to compare 2 different torches & told him I was going to buy for sure,he started screaming & kicking me out & getting angry for no reason & called me a spick. I was respectful to him the entire time. I would never come here unless you want to be treated worse than dirt for no reason other than comparing items you plan on buying. Also this stinky a@$ smokes cigars in the shop so you''ll leave stinking like cigars even if you don''t smoke cigs & are there for other things.
I do not know the owners name, as today, 02.SEPT.23 was my first visit. I was looking for a carton of LD Red 100’s, (he had them in stock) he recommended I try Montego Red 100’s. He as they are slightly lower cost and taste great. He was spot on with that recommendation! Great smokes!! And he was very, very nice in addition to being helpful. I’ve lived down the road for 21 years, had no idea there was a smoke shop next to the old Target store at Palmdale/Armagosa. He has earned my business from this point forward!!! Thank you sir!
So rude. Talked over me when i was trying to ask questions and refused to answer any question i had. When he realized he didn’t carry what I wanted, he seemed angry almost as if I wasted his time. Just a weird and rude interaction overall.
I don''t even know how they remain in business. The manager is a rude foreigner who doesn''t appreciate his opportunity in America. He should just go back from his wonderful country. So he''ll be happy right?

I called first and they said something then hung up so I called again to ask if they had an item I need and once he said he did have it I asked for the price and he so rudely practically yelled at me told me he can''t tell me the price for it over the phone, the price for anything. Like okay byeee I''ll go take my business elsewhere!!
