Man look. I come here all the time to get what I need. Their customer service skills are off the chain! I love the atmosphere! Shouts out to my guy yo!! He’s awesome with the costumer service skills and a very bright guy!! NY TABACO AND VAPE IS THE BEST IN VA!
This is probably one of the best vape shops that I have been to on the peninsula that always has what that I want. He has a HUGE VARIETY of vapes and will almost always have what you are looking for in stock. There was one time I went in and they were sold out of the Raz Strawberry Shortcake and I like the fact that he did not try to sell me anything else because he didn''t have what I wanted whereas most of the other stores I have been in will almost always try to sell you something else. I also like the fact that this guy does not talk bad about any other vape stores in the area like many other vape stores I have visited has. I''ve been told to avoid going to vape stores that have neon signs in their windows because their products are fake and a lot more! Definitely would give 10 stars if I could!
I loved going here until the last week. Supposedly Nick no longer works here and now every time I go in, my vape is a different price each time. It’s usually $19.07, and in the last week it was $20.25, $21.80 and then $19.07 again. I had a completely punched card and came back to get my free one since they were out of my usual one the previous time I had gone. When I told the person behind the counter I wanted to use my punchcard for the free vape he told me he couldn’t do it and that I could come back a couple hours later because he didn’t know what to do with the card. I was unable to as I had to have a friend watch my child while I ran in the store real quick and that was my only opportunity. If you have a punchcard system, all employees should know how to process them if they’re the only ones in the store.
This place is a front store. A lot of the items they sell are not real legitimate items from the true sellers. Depending on who’s working will depend on prices. The rolling papers are FAKE knockoffs. Went to my spot and they showed me the difference. Who’d think someone’s selling fake rolling papers/ items. Even the butane wasn’t real smh scammers. Went to take it back & the guy working never knows anything and you always need to wait till a manger comes in. FOH SCAMMERS
