  Great customer service, very nice people. Effective products at fair prices and they even do prizes sometimes! Alyssa, i think her name is, explained all the different types of effects that weed does well so that even newcomers to smoking like me could understand. Highly recommended.

  Leslie was running the shop on the day I visited and was really knowledgeable about the products they sold. The store was very clean, well lit, and a great place to buy all of your tobacco products. They have a wide variety of products that are very suitable for your needs. I highly recommend this store and look forward to shopping here again.

  Always a great experience every visit. I’ve became a regular at the Wheeler Rd location. All the employees are very knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile. Had the opportunity to meet the owner, Great Guy! If you haven’t tried their gummies yet your missing out!

  The variety here is just as stellar as the customer service!!! So much exclusive items that’s not accessible ANYWHERE else in the area! Omg they have infused puddings!!! You need something for anxiety; they got you, something for mellow but functioning energy; they got you!!! I could go on, but go see for yourself!!! You’ll thank me laters!!!

  Spent OVER $1300 in products with Ahmed. 1 of the hookahs was not purchased so we accepted one that was given to us that is allegedly “authentic” from Egypt. That’s fine. 2 of them were not the right products at all, he stated he would replace them and get the correct products but they wouldn’t be in before he left to go back to Morocco to get married. We purchased these hookahs back in March/April for my business. I’m still waiting to get them replaced. He has been avoiding all contact from my husband and I. I recently caught him at one of their locations and he sent his employee Titus , out to lie and tell me that he was NOT in the building. (I initially had an interaction with Titis last week, Giving him my contact info for Ahmed to contact me since I was not able to be told whether or not the contact info I had was up to date). Titus offered to call Ahmed, only for him to answer the phone from the back of the store. Despite me seeing and KNOWING what his vehicle looked like and it being parked on the premises. Ahmed gaslit me the entire conversation. He acted like he didn’t remember me or know what I needed. Despite me not only constantly calling, texting and stopping by the wheeler road location to give TITUS my information the week before. Refused to come from the back of the store to speak with me, despite me being able to hear him talking on the phone to me from the back of the store. Ahmed hung up the phone on me because I “wouldn’t let him speak” despite giving him ample opportunity to do so over the last few months. He also recommended that I leave my concerns with Titus to get them rectified. In which I declined because I have already provided Ahmed this information multiple times via text. I offer this, either this can be rectified or again we can go to court. I don’t mind flooding all pages with this review. And using my large platforms to spread the word of why you should NOT spend your money here! Update: He has blocked my number to keep me from following up. I will be reporting to BBB! Hope this was worth it!
