Yasmine and WALLE were amazing! Both of these employees greet you like a friend and show amazing hospitality! This great vibes mixed with superb and what felt like never ending product makes this the perfect place to shop for all your smoke shop needs!

Ive been going to novelty for 3 months since I moved to Tampa. The manager Sam, is so so sweet and caring with his customers. I stop by the store all the time just to see the staff. The crew knows their stuff, and got me with the coolest smoke setup. Theres so many flavors to choose from, and the vibe in the store is perfect. Prices won''t break the bank, and they''ve got great deals. My new favorite spot for all things from vapes, to clothing, to convenience.
