I like this store very much. The manager and the employee I''ve encountered are great, helpful, willing to listen and not pushy at all. Also very willing to accommodate it was very easy to get an item ordered that I needed that they didn''t normally carry and they''re prices I find to be better than the chain store that has too many employees. LOL
After trying 2 other shops that were closer to me and being disappointed at the borderline disrespectful prices, I pulled up here. I was welcomed as I came in and the lady that helped me was very nice and helped me get what I needed (vape liquid) at a great price. Definitely recommend. Great experience, will be coming back.
Awesome experience! Wife and I went in looking for a new glass piece. The gentleman working there at the time (I didn''t get his name. We went in at 2 on a Saturday) was super helpful and led us to the perfect piece in our price range. After grabbing a few extra cleaning supplies, we had a smooth check out. Upon arriving home, we opened our bag and lo and behold, goodies! He loaded us up with more gear, such as filters and cleaners and magnets and such. Definitely above and beyond. Thanks NWH!
Been a customer for 4 years. Then today when i went in the guy working was extremely rude and told me that they didnt sell 810 drip tips which i have bought from them multiple times, and after calling they told me they do sell them and the guy got mad that he was proven wrong.
I’ve been coming here since I moved to the Valley, and the reason was the people were friendly and the service was good. Whoever was in there was condescending and snarky, and for what I need I don’t need to overpay 2 dollars per coil. Might be good for you, but I doubt I’m coming back.
