  This place was a joke the nerd that runs this place is a joke. He sold me a $45.00 bong that should have cost $25.00 and when I unwrap it today to use it for the first time it''s cracked on the bottom and leaking water.... What a joke don''t shop here. Prices are not reasonable, they are way too high. Plus, he doesn''t stand behind his product. Plus he sold me a pack of menthol cigarettes and charged $20 for the pack don''t trip I already contacted Riverside County Health Saftey Board. As well as Code Enforcement in Murrieta.....

  Roy and his brother look similar very much, I love these guy, they are very kind and helpful for me I will only come and buy cigs! God bless this shop have more chain ones in future!

  Came into the store asking for a 100mm cigarette roller. Dude behind the counter reaches for a 78mm, I quickly tell him I think it''s too small and he disagrees. He hands me the roller, as it''s in my hand I state again I think its too small, but he confidently states it''s what I''m looking for. There is no size display on the rollers to be sure. I purchase the roller for a little over $10 (yikes) and take it home. After removing the plastic wrapping and trying to fit one of my 100mm papers in there, lo and behold, it''s too small. I return to the store within 15 mins and explain the situation to the same dude who sold me the roller to begin with. He told me since I removed the plastic it could not be refunded or even exchanged. He then had the balls to ask me if I wanted to buy the correct roller. I''ve been taking my business back to Royal Tobacco just across the street since. Here''s a funny dichotomy: I purchased 4 packs of rolling paper from Royal Tobacco. Getting in my car, I only saw 3 packs. I go back in the store, claim I''m missing a pack, and he gives me another without issue. I return to my car, notice the 4th pack I bought fell out of the bag and on the ground. He had completed my order, but didn''t second-guess when I asked. I returned the extra pack he gave me, apologized for the mistake, and he still smiles and asks how I''ve been every visit. One of these business knows how to treat customers as people. The other (Night Owl, to be clear) is a money-grubbing sham. Shame, dude. Edit; Response to response: I appreciate that you took the time to look into the matter, though you are wrong in claiming this never happened. It was not recent. I wrote a review when it occurred, though it seems to have disappeared. I dug into my transaction history, turns out I visited your store four times late last year. The last visit was on 11/24/2022 for $15.18. I''d start there, if you can. I bought the roller and probably a couple of 100mm papers. I still have the RAW roller with the little manual tucked inside from seeing no use, but I don''t have the receipt to verify it. I only regret not noticing my initial review wasn''t recorded all that time ago, and perhaps you could have verified my experience back then and dealt with this matter differently. Trust that even if you were to offer to discuss the issue I would not give my business. You''re immediate response highlights the overly-defensive nature of how you do business, and how you likely treat customers on a daily basis. I was a customer who experienced legitimate mistreatment and your reaction, as you have to other negative reviews I have read here, was to ban, suggest allegations, and ''report'' me. I sincerely hope you can dig up that footage, maybe you''ll feel as foolish as I did.

  This place is great! Theyre open and amazing the owner is so understanding, this is definitely the ONLY place to go in this town when your looking for something Roy is the best and you wont be disappointed. So check this place out
