  Purchased a vape and within one week it was not working (battery would not stay charged, short atomizer message). Shop would not exchange the vape and told me to contact the manufacturer. It''s not the stores fault the vape was broken, but it should be their responsibility to ensure that their customers are receiving an actual working product. I feel like I wasted $50. Definitely won''t be returning to this store. **An update to my review- the only way to get a replacement from the manufacturer is by registering the vape with the QR code listed on the package wrapping. The employee I purchased the vape form did not tell me I would need to keep the wrapper in case the vape was faulty, so now I am stuck with a broken vape with no way to replace it only 1 week after purchasing.

  Beautiful store. Albert, the owner is a kind man. I’ve had an issue with one vape and they replaced it with love.

  Sells defective vapes!!! After opening it in the car and noticing that the vape is not working, wen went back inside to let the guy know and exchange it but he said that since we didn''t open it in the shop , he cannot do anything, he said that we had to smoke it in the shop!!!! Some inside??????!!!! Don''t go there!!!!
