  Best selection and prices for kratom. Everyone is really helpful to me and knowledgeable. I also hear them helping other customers with the same great attitude. I’m fairly new to Houston and am very happy to have found Mr Smoke.

  Really good lil smoke shop. I''ve came here twice and both times I had really great customer service. They were knowledgeable about all of the products. My friend purchased a vaporizer from them months ago and was missing a piece. The manager immediately said he would check with his warehouse and get back to her about the piece. The inside isn''t glamorous but it is clean and the products are neatly displayed. There''s a video room in the back. I''ll let someone else review that. Haha! But overall a good around the corner smoke shop.

  Love it. People here are so nice and helpful. Prices? Excellent. Product? I''ll put it this way, If I can''t get it here then I just won''t get it cause this is my favorite location

  Very awkward experience tonight. When I arrived the lady didn’t bother getting up or even acknowledging me with a greeting. When I asked for the product I was looking for she just pointed at the general direction still while seating and could barely hear her. When I told her the brand and the quantity she still reached for the wrong brand. A very bare minimum customer service experience, won’t go back.
