The staff is ALWAYS nice & very knowledgeable. the store is clean, WONDERFUL SELECTION, they always have what I''m looking for. Great for finding an awesome gift as well. Love the funky socks and bags!
Great smoke shop! The staff is super friendly, and helpful, I have gotten n excellent dab pen from them and just learned of these awesome hemp wraps (Camo) that have quickly become my new favorite! Great discounts offered when u sign up with them...just an overall great place to shop!
I was on a hunt for a cartridge for my vape and (Mr smoke JB) was my 4th attempt. Mr Smoke in Stuart and a couple of other places in between were 1,2 &3 The Jensen Beach location didn’t have my specific cart either, but… John at Mr Smoke went above and beyond helping me try to locate a place locally. There we’re none to be had, Mr Smoke’s representative John patiently showed me a dozen other options so I could get my vape on. He should get a medal for being a top notch customer service person. It’s nice being treated like a million bucks. Shop here now, you’ll be glad you did.

Me AND my other half buy bottleS of the same juice every week and now the warehouse can''t get it and I''m told .. "there is nothing we can do if the warehouse doesn''t have it" ..🤯.. good customer service would be to get a wholesale account with the manufacturer to be able to stock what customers use. I would have happily paid up to $25 a bottle for the inconvenience of you having to order from the manufacturer. Obviously I can''t open a wholesale account and order it myself but I''m sure there''s a smoke shop around somewhere someone will recommend that will do that for me.
