  First time at store bought a Orion Vape. First hit tasted and smelled burnt. Called store to let them know if I could exchange it or whatever. Basically they said I should of tried it in the store and that there was nothing they could do. Would of been nice to know that info before I brought it or I would of tried it in store first

  The folks at Glass Vape are so very cool!! Seriously,love their guidance when deciding on products I''m interested in. I always look forward to seeing my favorite gals there. The owner is very friendly and never pushes products on me. I''m a lifer here ♥️

  Selection is good, but I’m only giving 3 ⭐️⭐️⭐️ because they have short hours, and are closed on Sundays. Not only is this inconvenient, but not smart on their end as they are definitely losing money by not being open more.

  Terrible customer service. The lady that was helping me find what I wanted stopped in the middle of helping me to help somone else, when there was already another worker helping that person with what they wanted, and she never came back to helping me. She then proceeded to help all the new customers that came into the store while i was standing there waiting. This is a small store and there was no way that she did not see me still standing there, so I left without buying anything. I''ll be taking my business elsewhere.

  First time in I got there right after they opened spent over $100 on a dozen different items employees seemed really inconvenient about me spending my money there so next time I''ll spend it somewhere else
