This lady in there should be fired very rude. Poor customer service overpriced just go down the street to the other smoke shop where you can get more things for a better price with a better customer service.
Worst experience I''ve ever had. One kid was nice but the guy was a jerk. I don''t care if he didn''t get to be until 4 am and it was only 9:30''. I will never go back. Too many other smoke shops out there. Will never go back.
My experience here is never customer friendly employees. They do not act like they care if they have a sale or not… no smile.. could care less if you there..
It really depends on whose working as to how much help you''ll get. I went twice this week, with different friends. The first time, the one person who looked up from their phone when we walked in was lackadaisical and really wasn''t trying to sell anything. We left empty-handed, and went somewhere helpful. Went again last night, and it was a day vs. night experience. Everyone was engaging, helpful and well, not lost in their phones or a Zombie. I guess it''s hit-or-miss depending on whose working. It''s kind of sad since I''ve been coming here for over 30 years. The second experience I had this week is what MOST customers desire, unless you just really don''t care. That second team redeemed you in my opinion but I can''t be alone in thinking the others were just lacking something. Just do better, like pretend you LIKE your job when people walk in.
This In-N-Out does go BEYOND what their wage is. Best smiles, great character and does the most they can to deliver your food on time and with great service. Truly one of the greatest fast food restaurants in Tucson. 🏝️🏜️
