I have been coming for years and have always received EXCELLENT customer service! My guy Matt in there treats not only me but my family with much respect and always has the products we need. This store deserves 10 stars and I’m ALWAYS recommending them to people I know.
Best smoke shop ever!! I got the coolest Pieces ever! IN MY LIFE!!! The prices are insanely good! The staff is super friendly and is always so helpful with suggestions and tips! I recently spent 100+ and was hooked up with some cool lighters and some free items! And to top it off the have THE best collection of Rick and Morty bongs, grinders, dab tools, and other unique pieces! If you live near tbh this is where you wanna go and if your visiting and just passing through PLEASE take a stop in, you won’t regret it! 😁😄
Greeted by a friendly fella at the door. He was knowledgeable about products I was interested in and he had the prices for the items memorized, which made my trip super quick & easy. A+++
I have been buying three since 2016. I have never seen written anywhere their policy regarding no refunds/exchanges. I bought an expensive piece of equipment there that ceased to function after 1 hour. Took it back and the store was no help. The employee there kept calling people, and each time he would hand me the item back and show me how it’s working now. He clearly had no idea how to operate the device cause he never tested it. Each time I passed the item back to him showing how it’s not powering on. 20 minutes later his response was boss says no exchange/refunds and that the boss he talked to said I had put the device in a mode. Never shopping there again and I caution anyone from buying products there. Seriously MOODY’S there’s like 50 smoke shops within a mile radius of you guys, the only competition you can provide is customer service and you can’t even do that.
I have always been happy with the friendly service in the past. However! I will no longer be a customer here. I bought an vape juice there yesterday, used it, and realized immediatly (due to horrible taste) that it was expired. I returned to the shop this morning with the juice and proof of purchase. I didn''t ask for a refund, I just wanted to exchange it for one that was NOT expired. Not only did I wait 25 mins past posted opening time for a late employee, I was also flatly denied an exchange, with no possibility of satisfaction. The employee told me that once I take the product out the door, I am stuck with it. I definitely cannot afford to throw away money and time. This is so frustrating. I feel that it should be the owners/employees responsibility to check thier inventory, not the customer''s.
