This tobacco shop and their extention off of volunteer parkway have the widest selection I''ve seen. They have things that is hard to find anywhere else! Love the staff and owners as well! They do their best to accommodate to your needs And make sure you leave happy and satisfied with your purchase!
The customer service here is amazing. Felicia knew exactly what I needed for my vape needs. In addition, this is the cleanest store out of all the stores I shop. Although Sam carries a whole lot of merchandise, they really have it all very organized so that you can see it all. No clutter! I can''wait till they open up the new, beautiful cigar room. See you soon. 5/15/23-I have been going to this place every week since it opened and every time I do, they have new merchandise on the shelf. Always something I have to have. Thank God for the reasonable prices or I would stay broke, lol. Fr though, broke.
Came in looking for a very specific juice. The man let us try all the grapes he had an after really wanting the kind I''ve been vaping that he was out of he called his cousin out in Kingsport and got us our juice at discount. I can honestly say I haven''t never been more pleased with customer service then this place has offered. Definitely made a customer for life!
