I was in shop and never got help I stood there and waited. He knew I was there was in there for at least 15 minutes or more standing in one spot wanting to get something from the case. I just turned around and started to walk to the door and I here can I help you. Sorry will not ever come back. I found somewhere closer to me to get my stuff.
Horrible customer service. The young MANAGER with the blonde hair (no name tag but mentioned he was the manager) tried not to replace the first bong he sold me. even though the down stem clearing did not fit. He gave me a replacement and was quick to rap it up before I could really look at it. Which I found a little odd. Well he was hiding it because the bottom of the bong was cracked. When I brought it back he refused to do anything about it. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR WITH THING PLACD OR WITH THE THIEVING MANAGER!!
Lane was In the store by himself on Black Friday and he had excellent customer service clean store.
Lane great costumer service, better vape prices and friendly smiles know what they are talking about would recommend above all other vape stores around !!
Lane was amazing!! he showed us everything we asked for and was extremely personable. there were also lots of deals going on for the holidays with plenty of items to choose from. will definitely be returning!
