I stopped in and bought a 20 pack of cones and a lighter aprox 6 weeks ago. I got shorted 5 cones and stopped in today to get them but was sarcastically told that I had to come back and speak with the owner. That was by a fish faced bruja who probably steals from said owner. It was a mistake to try this place - I get gear (papers/lighters/humidity packs/grove bags/etc.) from two of the other shops in New Milford and guess what? Never had an issue in 12 years. Dont recommend this shop to anyone who works for their money as they are rude, dishonest, and have no concern for their customers.
Great customer service, quality products, fair prices! There is no better vape/smoke store than this one and I’ve been to all of them.

Went there yesterday afternoon. Got to get my rolling papers there as I always do. There was a woman I never seen before working. Who charged the papers as custom item. And charged a dollar more. I asked why, did they go up? She said its always been that price. I walked right out after that and didn''t buy a thing. The young man at night and the owner are very good. Reasonable with prices and honest. But this woman seems to be marking rolling papers as custom items. And charging more. This should be investigated.
