Always helpful & they keep my Smok RPM2 coils in stock at a reasonable price. The owner Heidi is also very kind & fun to talk to. Really enjoy visiting their shop & so grateful I have access to my vaping supplies!
I''d been in Vapeology a few times, mostly to buy bagged tobacco. Usually a pretty quick transaction. The guy with the tattoos and gauged ears is amazing. More recently I stopped in for a vape part. I''m not a vape connoisseur. I vape recreationally, so I often just share a vape with my husband. I was refused service. To buy a part for a vape I already had. Because I ''didn''t know what the part names where or the model'' and was ''clearly buying for someone else''. I clarified and said my husband and I share a vape. He told me he couldn''t verify my husband''s age. Ok, fair enough. I asked about buying myself one, since we share one I might as well get my own. He gave me more attitude, didn''t let me finish explaining what I was looking for, and then outright lied to me that he didn''t have the pod piece I was looking for anyways. My husband went back the next day, and yes, they had the piece. Maybe I look like the type of 32 year old that would marry a man under 21? Or maybe the type that would buy just the pod replacement part of a vape for kids. If I was a criminal and buying for the underaged, I''m pretty sure I''d just keep my mouth shut and purchase juice or a whole unit. 🙈 Idk, but if he was kind about the company policies, I wouldn''t have minded. Maybe he was having a bad day, but I certainly don''t want to deal with him again.

I started getting my vapes here because the price is reasonable and the staff is great, especially Chris! Every time I come in he’s usually the one to assist me and is always very friendly/helpful!
Been coming here since January when Bangor banned flavored vapes. I have had nothing but great experiences! The staff are friendly, professional, and knowledgeable, answering whatever questions I have. They always tell me to try the disposables inside the store to make sure it''s not a dud, which I appreciate! Thankfully haven''t had any duds yet :)
