Low inventory and Winona was extremely rude, was not IDed upon entry but when buying REDBULL were IDed because they failed to do their job when we entered the store. Overall personal interaction needs to be worked on going forward.
It''s okay but the staff is kinda rude and abrasive, decent smoke selection but if you''re looking for anything vape related you''d have better luck at gas stations. Prices are high even compared to surrounding suppliers.
First time in a smoke shop in maine as i just recently moved. When cashing out the lady tells me she was watching my every move because i was walkibg around and not getting what i needed and got out. Advised me not to "look around" at other places or they might think im stealing. Then reminds me they have a camera. Horrible experience and terrible customer service. I will be taking my very plentiful paycheck elsewhere. Will not be looking at potential items to buy at this store again.

If I could rate 0 I would. An older woman was extremely rude to me for no reason when I came in last week. My husband and I have been customers for 8+ years. We won’t be returning and I’m sure many others feel the same given her poor customer service skills!
