I have went to this store a lot the guy who owns this place is very friendly always has everything spotless and he’s the best so far out of all prices and places I have been
Anyone complaining about them being late or not there are kind of dumb. This is a family-owned establishment and they are great people. Products become defective. It''s not their faults for that.. Honestly this is a great place to shop. Sometimes they are not open because I''m sure they''re on break. Sometimes there''s not more than a couple people in the store. If there''s no one for the front desk then it can''t be open. I''ve been in those shoes myself, it''s unfortunate, but you have to close the store
The only thing is that I’ve been waiting outside for about five minutes and they have an opened And on the schedule it says they open at eight I think I’m just going to go find a different spot at this point
I recently purchased at torch from these guys and after less than a month of use it stopped functioning. After more than a month or 90 days, then I would understand needing to go to the manufacturer for a replacement; however in this case it seems like they sold me a defective product and when I called, the person on the phone was surly and disagreeable about it. Seems shoddy, and considering how many smoke shops are in the area, a suboptimal customer experience overall. I had given this place a decent amount of business, and had purchased my BHO rig and various other products from them, and don''t think I''ll be doing the same in the future. The younger guys that work there are all pretty helpful and knowledgeable, but the older men don''t really seem to have any clue what they''re talking about when it comes to, well; anything.
Awesome place. If you need to find something specific then this is your place. Prices are great too!!
