Fantastic shop with amazing staff. Everyone is happy to talk and give great recommendations. The prices are the best I have seen in town hands down. Our #1 choice for Delta and cigars.

Amazing staff and store! It was clean and the vibe was super chill. We were helped by a very nice young man who was knowledgeable about the products and helped us find what we wanted right away :)

This place was lit!! My brother and I visited the 😤Fitchburg 🚬 Madtown Smoke Shop today and we had such an awesome experience. The store has an open floor plan and is well lit highlighting their vast array of smoking products, cigs, vapes, and all the other things you could ever want to enjoy your smoke with. The staff were super cool and helpful. This is gonna be my head shop for good💥😁

I love this place. Clean and comfortable environment. The staff is helpful and very nice. Its great when the people working enjoy their job, it shows. Continuing customer will return!

Best smoke shop in madison, hands down, also have rewards which the other big named shop around here doesn''t do. The rewards makes you feel like your money isn''t being wasted and you get something back for the money you''ve put into the business which is awesome, also every single person I''ve encountered at the fitchburg location is super nice and helpful, I always feel very welcomed
