Love the selection, especially with scratchers, which is what I came in for. The one star is for something much bigger than just business. I park outside and there’s at least 5 people outside, one with a cr*ck pipe. Houseless people don’t bother me, but these dudes were straight smoking broken windows. I walk in and this dude has a display case full of cr*ck pipes! Sure, they’re legal to sell, but is that the kind of business you want to run? Why would I support this business, presumably run by some Eastern European men, who don’t just do nothing for the community, and most likely don’t live here, but actively make it worse? Stop giving these people your money.
Been going here for years, never disappointed. They always have a decent selection-quality and disposable, so to speak. Their prices are fair, not always the cheapest but also, in my experience, never expensive. Depending on who is working and how many items you''re purchasing or a relatively higher priced item, they will often times also work with you on the price of things. But you definitely have to be forward about asking/requesting such service as I''ve never experienced them to be forthcoming with that sorta thing. Back when I was a regular though, they definitely did, seemed like they appreciated the repeat/consistent business sorta thing. One of the best/biggest plus sides here is the fact that they''ve never NOT had what I needed/was looking for. On rare occasions they were outta stock on some stuff but legit never ran into an issue with them not selling something I wanted altogether.
Jorge was the best sales man ever! He was such a great guy, and excellent customer service! Very impressed and I don''t get impressed easily. Awesome man and service! Totally coming back again!
Unprofessional staff. To start off they add an additional 50 cent charge on all purchases, and if you decide to use card, you end up paying a dollar extra. Even 7-Eleven has affordable prices.
My son likes this store. They almost always have his discounted cigs, Montclair. Very good customer service here as well. Worked a good deal on a carton for him. Store is clean and well cared for.
