I''ve been to so many vape stores and everytime I go to Lincoln smoke shop the service is amazing the workers remember there customers and are so nice to everyone and they have everything I need for my vape mod thank you for your business

Poor support on standing behind products they sale. On 8/22 I purchased an voopoo drag X to replace one I had lost the day before. After getting out of the parking lot I noticed it was not working and was prompting low battery even at a 48 percent charge. I let it charge for a few more hours and even at 100 percent it would not fire and still prompted low battery. I took the device back same day and the gentleman working the counter was able to duplicate the issue and we was unable to resolve. So I then purchased at that moment another device with thoughts of my issue being resolved the next day. He advised I would need to speak with Hope the follow day of 8/23 for a resolution and in the mean time to email voopoo support in which I did. Today is 8/23 and I came in and spoke to who I assume is hope. The device has decided to now work. With no care or concern she simply said I now have two devices and when it does it again I’ll need to contact voopoo for them to resolve as since they are such a small store, her words, not mine, that they can not honor returns or refunds under any circumstances. So, if you enjoy gambling with your money I’d suggest buying a scratch off ticket with better odds of winning than to buy a product from here.
