This is the best smoke shop I have ever been to. Excellent customer service, every employee and the owner know what they are doing!!! I’ve made this my home smoke shop and unfortunately I am moving out of the area :( but I always recommend this location to everyone! I’m gonna always stop by here every time I’m in Phoenix in the future. You will not regret this smoke shop, I’ve used it for bong part replacements & buying disposable vapes and other products - 11/10 recommend! If I could give an extra star I would. Huge selections, you can’t beat the price anywhere else and don’t hesitate to ask questions they will help you tremendously!
Little pricey for a smoke shop. I can get papers and cigarettes for cheaper at many places. Also if you are walking around the store they will watch you like a theif, and i dont look like a methhead.
Amazing customer service by all staff and more importantly, the owner. The shop is fully loaded with every possible thing you could need. I will be back often!!

I been here a few times and the guys were always great. Actually, the customer service is usually amazing, but I had a horrible customer service experience from a female employee this last time. She started out friendly while trying to help expedite through the line but then got very rude and loud and repetitive. Her and the cashier weren''t very knowledgeable about the product which is what caused the problem in the first place. However, the guy on the register was able to rectify the situation so it made up for his coworker''s rudeness to get 3 stars instead of only 1 star.
