HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. If I could rate a 0 I would. Prejudice women asked me if the card I was using was mine. Because I took lesss than 5 seconds to think if I wanted to eat the 50 cent charge OR WALK TO MY CAR FOR THE CHANGE. I simply and respectfully asked for a refund .. and walked into a further explanation from the “daughter”. Which led to the mom yelling at me to complete the transaction. What they fail to understand is regardless of issues you may have as a business. Do not project that on to your customers and if you do simply apologize and move on.
Excellent variety of replacement parts for vapes. Inventory was available for the parts I have a hard time finding available in other places. Gigi was knowledgeable and has excellent customer service skills. She was great in upselling since I only went in for a replacement glass tank and walked out with 2 other accessories. Great experience and would recommend to anyone when asked .
The customer service was above and beyond. I had an issue with my flum and explained the situation and they traded it out for me. A rare and fantastic experience for a customer in vape shops. 10/10. Thank you!!
This is a great smoke shop. They have a lot of things to choose from. The owners go out of their way to assist with choosing the right options. I have been 3 times in 2 weeks, purchasing tobacco, tubes, a vaporizer oil and a pipe. I’m very happy with the difference in dealing with small business owners. They even recommended gradually decreasing the nicotine in the vape oil to help stop smoking. I’m going to try it. 😬

I have been vaping for over 15 years and I have never been treated over the phone like this older woman and younger a little girl is they hung up on my face I called back they were so rude because one of their staff delivered the juice to me after hours they paid for it and delivered to me so all I was saying was, can I please speak to the person the older lady grab the phone screaming not talking to me normal furthermore, they don’t even have good vape juices I would never buy from them or go there and and how rude they are this is not nice. The customer is always right and all I was doing was asking a question they hung up on my face block my number and I had to call off a different number and I was being very nice seeing highest yes I had a lady that works there she did deliver for me. May I please talk to her and they just started screaming and acting rude I understand you own a business but without us, your business will fail
