  I''ve had several bad experiences at this store but only with 1 specific employee so don''t take this review out of context this review is only on this one employee. I think his name is Joe, he moves slow and he always seems annoyed that he has to help a customer. I''m the type of customer that will walk around and look at things and will probably be there around an hour, when I''m done rest assured that what i spend will reflect the time i was there. This store is beautifully stocked with a large selection of EVERYTHING... it''s a 1 stop shop, but when one is getting rushed or asked to step out because he has to use the bathroom and or you hear him talking under his breath because you just asked him to show you something else then that''s a bad experience. Never ever have i gotten a bad experience when the owner is there, the owner is more then happy to show you EVERYTHING. I have been there several times and met other customers outside and they too have said negative things about this Joe employee. He needs to know that he can be replaced with someone that does want to be there and does care what the customers think. I hope that next time i go that Joe has been replaced or that the owner of this business is there. It''s not fair that the business suffers because of 1 person that feels he cannot be replaced.

  A little late but Louie is awesome . He treated me and my husband with respect as we entered several minutes before they closed. I love going to that smoke shop . They have everything from badass jewelry to clothing. My husband and I are always having to go to these other shops that are a lot closer to us that being Scorpios and let me tell you Scorpios ain’t the same anymore. But that’s besides the point this review is about lala land smoke shop & i could give them 10 ⭐️’s id definitely would.

  All i have to say is wow! Great variety in glass, vaporizers(puffco, gpen, carta, etc) lots of accessories and very knowledgeable on vapor and smoking items! I came all the Bay area and was in need of an atomizer, they had it in stock as well as many other accessories for my peak that id lime to come back and buy sometime soon!

  Boy this smoke shop will make you evaluate and compare most establishments you visit throughout your daily life. You’ll come to realize the level of integrity, customer service, and loyalty that you receive here cannot compare and soon find yourself coming back just based off the appreciation of your business. There is too many positive experiences to list them here but hopefully I can paint a picture for you. Whether it be searching for something new, and them giving you an honest opinions as to not waste your time and money, to making sure you feel welcomed and appreciated, this is the place. The older gentleman and the younger gentleman Drew always have a smile on their face and a positive, helpful attitude which adds to the experience. I say all this to say if you need anything smoke related for you, family or friends I highly suggest you come here, you will not regret it. You’ll leave with exactly what you were looking for, and if you just so happen to not find it, make sure to ask one of them and they will go out of their way to help and figure it out for you. When it comes to business acumen this place is top notch, I’m happy to know my money is in the right hands. If you haven’t already, head on down to the old Kmart area in Salinas and pay them a visit, I know you won’t regret it.
