  Every time I''ve been in Knox Smoke I''ve been impressed with the kindness and helpfulness of the staff. I''ve had interactions with at least 3 employees and each time it''s been a positive experience. When I came in looking for a product that wasn''t in stock Aaron went above and beyond to try to find it for me, even asking the owner to special order it and then following up with me about it. I have rarely had a retail employee try so hard to find what I was looking for and it is clear that Aaron cares about his job and his customers. It has been refreshing to encounter an employee like Aaron. This man deserves a raise!

  Went in for a couple of items and I met the most wonderful human being. Aaron is The newest member of Knox Smoke Shop & Vape. (So I learned.) and Aaron was/is the kindest and most professional employee I have ever met at any business! Seriously, Aaron took the time to listen to my wants/needs and gave me expert advice along with making me feel not only heard but, also comfortable with my shopping experience! 10/10 would recommend to literally anyone! A new standard of customer service has been set, thank you Aaron!!!

  Yoooo drove an hour to get here bc it was the closest shop to me “open late” And even called the store before hand and it was closed when I pulled up. Thank you!
