Jonathan and Justin are amazing and super helpful and knowledgeable. The store is clean. You’re not rushed. And they don’t sell you anything you don’t want or need. I’ve been coming here for a few months and absolutely enjoy learning and seeing new products that are available! Keep it up!!
Agnes is hands down as beautiful as she is informative and undoubtedly the best sale associate/cashier I have crossed paths with in a long time. As a beginner to disposable pens, she held my hand and walked me through everything. I have more information than I expected to get and more importantly I have a new found confidence in my journey. If you are looking for a smoke shop, that prides itself in honesty, options and a good vibe, Pineapples is the place be.
Caleb was really helpful. I’m pretty new to vaping and he had he had all kinds of recommendations and I was really satisfied with my purchase. These guys are awesome!! Nathan was helpful as well

WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE EVER!! I highly recommend you to go a different place, the white dude with the long beard it’s THE most rude and disrespectful guy EVER. He should NOT be dealing with customers at all. I’ve been to this store before and the other guys are always friendly, until today. I won’t be back anymore after this racist guy.
