Great store and great staff. Very knowledgeable on newest vape technology. Very good prices on glass. A great store with a great atmosphere! Micah really knows what he''s talking about. They''re all really nice and friendly and the selection is amazing. They have active sales going on all the time on different products. It is a great shop to stop into if you''re just browsing or if you''re ready to make a purchase this is the place I would do it because of the quality of the glass offered here. I also love that they support local glass blowers with their selection of locally blown pieces.
I bought some juice yesterday (Gummi - White in 3mg) that ended up being rancid. I called to see what we could do about it and the person said “we typically don’t do exchanges.” This brand is no where to be found online, either, so I can’t call the manufacturer. I understand vape shops don’t typically do returns or exchanges but if a product is defective and unsafe to use before it even leaves a shop I figure a future discount or a number to the manufacturer (if it even exists?) would be a nice solution.
I have frequent this store for a while and never had any issues until a few days ago. I bought a battery charger for my mod, and it was defective. I was told by one associate to contact the company. The info I found was limited, and I was trying to talk to a human on the phone. The only number available for the company was to call China. That didn''t work, so I went to the store and a different associate exchanged the battery charger for one that cost more. I was required to pay the difference. After leaving the store and examining the new charger I noticed that it was for 6 batteries which is over kill for me. All I need is a 2 battery charger, so I called the store not 20 minutes after the exchange and was told that I basically was screwed because the guy couldn''t do anything to help me due to them not having any other charger in stock and he didn''t feel there would be for some time. I get that he could not refund my money, but I would have liked the opportunity to have a store credit or something. Also, he did not offer any form of apology or anything. I would recommend to not buy any form of mod or battery charger from this place. They seem to have a number of defective products and will not do anything to help you out. I hate leaving bad reviews, but I have given this store a lot of money over the last year or so. They were my go to for coils and ejuice. Looks like I going back to my vape store.
Wrong/defective product. I would come here for years for all my smoking needs even until recently when I moved out of town about 30 min from this shop. I bought a water pipe that came with a hefty price. After getting home and realizing that I received the wrong banger size for my rig, I came by the next day. I tried to return the unused banger for the proper size, keep in mind it was their mistake for giving me the wrong one, with no solution. Because of their "policy" I was told I had to BUY the proper size AFTER THEY screwed up. Now does that make any darn sense? Didn''t think so.
Edited: 3 stars to 5 stars. I was initially disappointed in the lack of 1g carts, but I am happy that this has been countered by well-valued 5g disposables. I was skeptical for a minute but I am happy with the new products available.
